Art I made
I decided in the summer of 2019 I would spend a little less time consuming and a little more time creating.
I’ve had some good ideas and motifs that keep coming back. 8-bits. Cartoon Ghosts. Collages. Goons. Goonland. Sharpies as medium. Repeated circles. Robots where they shouldn’t be. Interplanetary simplicity. Gold teeth. And the search for where they buried Nat Turner.
Below is some stuff I made in the last 12 months that I don’t hate. That’s really my only bar- “I don’t hate this.” It’s also when I know to stop.
Eventually I need to find a place to put up this art and outside of our increasingly cluttered house.
Update 1/18/2023: If you present at the TRAP lab I will foist one of these pieces upon you (i.e., I will send you art as a thank you gift).
